My consulting activities include:

Design of policies that link managerial incentives to long-term economic performance

Corporate governance reviews, including servicing and support to board meetings

Business valuations

Raising debit and equity finance

Wealth management

Support for purchase and sale of businesses

 

I also engage in consulting for the public sector in the following areas:

Investment and project appraisal

Value for money reviews

Strategic reviews including consultation with staff, senior management, the public

 

All these activities are usually conducted by forming ad-hoc multi-disciplinary teams that include experts in corporate finance, assurance and law. In forming such teams, I go to great length to draw as much as possible from the existing network of experts and consultants as well as the client firm’s management and employees. This approach is designed to ensure that every consulting assignment results, to the greatest possible extent, in an experience that produces long-lasting organizational learning and makes the best possible use of the experience of those who service the client’s need on an ongoing basis.
